Inclusion in History Class - throwback

(We’re taking a week off creating new content for social media so here is a throwback to one of our previous posts from earlier this year)

Another example of a time where @alanprojectfounder felt included.

Even though this was a few years back, Satria still thinks about this person and how their actions truly led to him feeling included 😻

VD: 2 videos of Jakarta on a cloudy day. Black text on a white background reads:

In my Year 11 History class, I always sat next to the same person.

Although, we never really knew each other up until that point, I remember that person always being a great person to talk to.

Whether it was making the effort to appreciate my sense of humour, showing interest in what I got up to outside of class, or giving unwavering support when I came to class whenever I was having a bad day.

They made the effort to get to know me, and helped me to feel included whenever I was around them.

Even though, I haven’t really been in touch with them recently, I still look back at that time as being a core moment when I felt included by another person 😻
